Naming them and using words to think about them can be helpful.
But when they distort the way you want to show up in the world, working through the body is necessary.

In this course, you'll learn how to pay attention to sensations and how that skill calms and neutralizes emotional dysregulation.

This course is both experiential and conceptual. It's designed to give you specific action you can take to empower you after the course.
